"My experience renting was really great. This is the first time I have rented anything and Tony was so kind on the phone and in person. He said we could meet up at noon but later texted that it was OK that we could stop by earlier than that. He then showed us the two different units that we where deciding between. Then we got all set up and where able to buy a lock and bring stuff that day which helped alot cause my mom works days and I work nights so I only have so much time to get around ."

"Getting the storage unit set up was super easy and Excess Storage was very accomodating for our time when leasing the unit. Very satisfied with this facility's customer service and professionalism."
