"I have been using excess storage for 2 years now and am very happy with their service. Units are clean and driveways are always cleared from snow, leaving me with easy access. They have the best rates in the West Frankfort area and you can conveniently drop off payment at their drop box, which occasionally I do and use their supplied envelopes."

"The area was easily accessible from interstate I-90. After checking the facility out we didn't hesitate to reserve the 10x10 storage and immediately moved our things right away. Tony was very courteous and professional and explained clearly about the facility. I highly recommend the facility if you are looking for a storage space near Utica, NY area."
